my parents started our winery in 1975 after they met dancing the rock and roll, got married and never left each other
(literally not more than 60 days apart in 45 years and grandchildren are to blame for that)
They shared the same dream of creating their own Champagne.
In order to achieve their dream, they first needed to find the right vineyards.
At the time, there were not enough land to work with their parents. So they started by renting vineyards and then buying slowly more and more vineyards, trying to find the best terroirs for each variety of grapes in the different parts of the Champagne areas:
Cote des blancs, Coteaux de Sezanne et du Petit Morin, Vallée de la Marne, Cote des Bars
In 1987, the size, quality and diversity of the vineyards were at last enough to put their dream into reality and our first press arrived at the winery.
We have been creating fresh and delicious Champagne ever since.
My brother Alexandre and I joined this great adventure in 2015 and 2004 respectively and are looking forward to continue this dream and developping our winery.

OUR CHAMPAGNES
Working with vineyards in so many different villages can be challenging at time but is so rewarding when it comes to creating our Champagnes.
With such a diversity of flavours from different terroirs, we can really play when composing our Champagnes and create the ones we really want and not be restricted to one terroir.
We have 2 brands: our Champagne Yveline Prat and our Champagne Georges de la Chapelle.

Created in 2002, to celebrate their great uncle Georges who helped them with insight advice and lands at the start of the adventure.
The Champagnes are elegant, more complex and meant to be shared with close friends. - Our Champagnes are imported in Italy, Netherlands, Danemark, Austria, Romania, Reunion Island, New Calédonia, french caribbean islands, Japan and South Korea.
