Our Champagne blanc de blancs received the score of 91/100 with the highly recommended mention in the UK Decanter magasine of décember 2019. The tasting notes were also very tempting: "Stone-fruit notes of apricot and nectarine, along with flavours of green apple and citrus pith. Impressive and quietly individualistic"

100% Chardonnay blanc de blancs. Aged at least 3 years in our cellars.
We grow our Chardonnay grapes on the Coteaux du Sezannais and the Coteaux du Petit Morin. All our vineyards have been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2019.
When creating our Champagne blanc de blancs, we only select the first juice extracted from the grapes at the press, this is the most refined and flavoursome.
Tasting notes:
The Champagne blanc de blancs selection is fresh and joyful with lovely flavours of apricots and nectarine mixed with notes of sweet flowers.
Food pairing:
This is a Champagne for summer parties and drinks outside on the patio. It is also delicious with a fish course.

Let's go for a nice 9/10 so that the Prat family don't get to big headed :) Nice color, drinks easily and doesn't hurt my stomach. He is very gentle. It is now my favorite Blanc de Blanc Champagne, it was unanimous on my birthday (62 people). it will not disappoint you. If I had to criticize just one thing, it is the sensation in the mouth of the bubbles, which seem a bit heavy when they are rather fine visually
