We are a small champagne producer récoltant manipulant ( RM ) and our vineyards have received the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification in 2019.
Tasting notes:
The Champagne brut tradition Yveline Prat has an intense colour with light golden glints. The nose reveals aromas of ripe apples, fruit jelly and honey with hints of flowers. The tasting is tempting and alive, developing slowly to get back this sensation of ripe fruits. The dosage is balanced to allow the wine to stay fresh. Summery and light, this Champagne is perfect for birthday parties, wedding or a good time with friends.
Food pairing:
You will enjoy it with small aperitif nibbles, a delicious birthday cake or a simple apple crumble.

Excellent champagne, a very nice discovery for our many guests who were won over by its quality. He superbly accompanied the various rooms and the caterer's workshops during the cocktail party, as well as the dessert at the end of the meal. We strongly recommend this champagne to be enjoyed on all occasions
