Now in our vineyards....
After the harvest, the vineyards rest. With the automn, the get real beautiful colors and the leaves fall gradually. We begin to prepare an important stage of the works in the vineyards : the cutting.	- Vineyards of Champagne Nov. 2005 -

Thanks to the first alcoholic fermentation during the harvest, the grape juice is now wine. The wine will be stored in the tuns until aprils when it will be put in bottles and become Champagne.

What will be Christmas and New year's eve without Champagne?

This is so an important period for us. We need to be sure that all our clients will be satisfied and receive their order in time.
